Unless otherwise stated, prices listed on our website are charged per person and do not include tips for drivers or guides, passport and visa fees, travel insurance, meals, accommodation, room service, and laundry. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, particularly in case of increased airline fares, transportation costs, or hotel rate fluctuations.
Methods of Payment:

Full payment must be made using a credit card, and clients must provide their credit card details to complete the transaction, which will be reflected as a charge on their statement.
Payment Confirmation:
Once payment is successfully processed, our travel expert will send a payment confirmation slip via email. This confirmation slip can be printed as proof of purchase and must be presented to redeem the tour package. Please ensure all booking details provided are accurate before confirming your reservation.
Cancellation:
Each tour activity, hotel booking, and attraction has its own cancellation policy. No-Show:
If you fail to appear for your booked tour due to any circumstances, no refunds or discounts will be provided. This also applies to unused tickets, car rental services, sightseeing tours, and chauffeur-driven services. Rescheduling is not available for confirmed tours, airport transfers, or other travel-related services.

We strive to inform customers of schedule changes in advance; however, we reserve the right to make minor modifications at any time without compensation. No refunds will be issued due to natural disasters such as floods, storms, or earthquakes.

If Trawego Travel And Tours LLC is unable to secure accommodation in your selected hotel, we will make every effort to provide a comparable alternative in the same category and standard. Hotel check-in and check-out policies are subject to the policies of the respective hotel. We are not responsible for any early or late check-in and check-out requests that cannot be accommodated due to hotel availability.
Travel Insurance:
Trawego Travel And Tours LLC is not liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss of personal belongings, or trip cancellations. We strongly advise our customers to obtain travel insurance to cover unexpected circumstances.
Travel Documents:
It is the sole responsibility of each traveler to ensure they possess all necessary documents for their trip, including passports, ID cards, and any other required documentation. No reimbursements will be provided for lost or misplaced travel documents. Travelers should consult their respective embassies regarding entry requirements and visa policies before planning their trip.
